Ramires has struggled for game time at Stamford Bridge since December and is set to join former Blue Dan Petrescu at Jiangsu.
The 28-year-old, who joined Chelsea from Benfica in 2010, had attracted interest from the likes of Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain but has opted to make the shift to China where he will join former Tottenham midfielder Paulino who signed with Luiz Felipe Scolari's Guangzhou Evergrande in the summer of 2015.
