Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante is weighing up his options at Stamford Bridge.
The Sun says having already won the Premier League twice, and with Chelsea not likely to challenge for major honours, Kante is now seeking a fresh challenge,
The 28-year-old would prefer a move to Madrid, where he could link up with fellow compatriot Zinedine Zidane.
Madrid are keen on acquiring Kante's services, but only if they can agree on a suitable fee.
Zidane already has a number of options in central midfield, but Kante would be an improvement on their current crop.
The Madrid boss shares a good relationship with Kane, but with Brazilian Casemiro already at the club, president Florentino Perez is thought to be reluctant to spend big on a player in a similar position.
Bayern Munich and Juventus are two other potential suitors for the former Leicester man, but his heart is set on a switch to Spain.
