Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount has revealed how manager Frank Lampard wants his team to play.

Mount scored in yesterday's 1-1 draw with Leicester City.

“Frank wants us to press high and put teams under pressure so it was nice to see that pay off with the goal," he said.

“Scoring goals and creating chances for the team is something I want to contribute and on a personal note, it's fantastic to get off the mark for Chelsea in the Premier League."

Mount was proud of his goal.

“It feels a bit surreal, having been at the club for such a long time and now finally breaking into the first team," he added.

“It's something I've always wanted to do and now there are fans with my name on the back of their shirts!

“It's crazy to process but my focus is to keep working hard day-in, day-out in training so I can play as many games as I can and prove to the manager that I'm ready. I'm loving every minute of it."
