Opera has announced Victor Moses as the company's new brand ambassador in Africa, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/.
The Nigerian international will be used to promote the continent's most popular web browser, Opera Mini.
Moses will feature in the new Opera Mini TV commercial, as well as a range of collaborative projects throughout 2018.
The deal coincides with Opera's recent announcement to invest US$100 million over the next two years in Africa, where Nigeria holds the second largest population of Opera Mini users. Statistics also show that soccer is one of the most popular types of content consumed by users throughout the continent.
"I am proud to be in partnership with Opera and am looking forward to working together," said Moses. "The Opera team have taken me through their plans and vision for the brand in the Nigerian market and it's made me incredibly excited about the future. I'm delighted to be a part of such a ground-breaking campaign."
