Chelsea midfielder Juan Mata says Cesar Azpilicueta deserves the plaudits for his goalscoring performance in their Capital One Cup win over Arsenal.
Mata was also on the scoresheet in the 2-0 win.
He told chelseafc.com: "I am so happy for Cesar. He trains more than anyone and he fully deserves it, the goal and the celebration after.
"He is always ready to play, like everyone in our squad. Yesterday was his day."
