Chelsea midfielder Mario Pasalic's loan with Elche has stalled.
The young Croatian joined Chelsea in the summer from Hajduk Split before being immediately loaned to Elche.
After a bright start, Pasalic has managed just ten minutes in the past four games.
Elche will have to pay a penalty clause if Pasalic doesn't play a set number of games - to the tune of €800,000.
The 19 year-old's loan runs to the end of the season.
