Brighton and Newcastle are interested in taking Ruben Loftus-Cheek on loan.

According to The Times, the duo are in battle for the Chelsea midfielder, who is being allowed to leave by Antonio Conte.

The 21-year old failed to maintain regular game-time last season.

If Loftus-Cheek does depart, it will be his first spell away from Stamford Bridge.
