Chelsea midfielder Kante refuses to blame injury on Sarri

Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante has refused to blame Maurizio Sarri for his recent injury.

The Frenchman tweaked his hamstring during Sunday's win over Watford just three days after starting against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League semi-final.

But Kante says the Italian is not too blame for his injury.

Speaking to Goal, the World Cup winner said: "No. I was just fine and it just happened. I'm ok, I just have pain through my hamstring and I just need a bit of time to check what it is.

"That is one possibility [that I will be out until the final], but first, we need to check and take the time to check everything to see how long it will take."
