Chelsea midfielder Jorginho says Italy are improving under Roberto Mancini.
The former Napoli star featured in their 0-0 draw with Portugal.
“We are struggling to score goals, but we've been playing really well for three games now and we're on the right path," the Brazil-born midfielder told Rai Sport.
“We just have to keep calm and continue playing like this, as we deserve the victory. If we work with humility, the results and goals will come too."
Jorginho is forming a new generation of midfield for Italy with PSG star Marco Verratti and 21-year-old Cagliari player Nicolo Barella.
“We work well together, can cover each other's backs when we go forward and I think we are playing really good football. We just need to keep hold of that positive and attacking mentality, then the rest will come."
