Chelsea midfielder Jorginho says the Blues job was too big for former manager Frank Lampard.
The midfielder believes Lampard "skipped" some steps that he "needed" to succeed with such a prolific team.
He told ESPN: "Look, I'll be very honest with you about Lampard. I believe that because he is a legend of the club, I believe that he skipped some steps that you need to learn to reach a great team.
"He arrived at the club where he is a legend, without having experience with other teams.
"I think he arrived too early, skipped a few steps and was not ready for a job at that level, honestly."
