AC Milan are set to close the signing of Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko on Monday.

Bakayoko is in Milan to finalise his transfer, having been spotted at Milan-Linate airport.

He is now residing at the Milan hotel, "The Westin Palace", and will undergo a medical in the morning.

Bakayoko will join Milan on a season-long loan with the option to sign permanently next summer for €40m.

The midfielder signed for Chelsea a year ago for a similar fee.
