Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko says he understands the frustration of AC Milan fans.
Bakayoko has been jeered by Milan fans during his loan spell.
“The whistles don't please me, but I understand," Bakayoko said.
“I hope they'll applaud me soon. I've done some good things, but we're only at the beginning. I hope to be decisive and make Milan one of the best four teams in Serie A.
“I feel best in the 4-4-2 formation, but I also felt comfortable in the 4-3-3 in the last game [against Juventus].
“I could have helped more and I'm sorry about the result, but unfortunately that's foootball. I'm happy with the way I played though.
“Franck Kessié has helped me to settle in, especially in terms of learning the language, and I hope to be able to speak Italian soon."
