Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel believes Stuart Atwell was right not to award a penalty for Manchester United at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was left fuming after Atwell did not award a penalty for a handball from Callum Hudson-Odoi, despite consulting the pitch-side monitor.
But Solskjaer's counterpart in the opposite dugout did not agree with his assessment of the decision.
"For me it was no penalty," Tucjel told the club's website. "I was surprised and I'm still surprised [at the reaction].
"I didn't see it live where the penalty should come from, and when we checked on the pictures we have I couldn't see any incident that should qualify as a penalty. Until now I don't know why it should be a penalty."
