Chelsea manager Frank Lampard says he knows exactly how he will integrate N'Golo Kante into his team.

Many fans were disappointed at the way Kante was used by Maurizio Sarri, who preferred him in a more attacking midfield position.

Kante has excelled for Leicester, France and Chelsea as a defensive midfielder.

When asked in his press conference about where he would play Kante, Lampard said to reporters: "Yeah I do [know where he will play], thankfully.

"I'm not going to sit here and say how were going to look next season because we're starting pre-season tomorrow and the players are coming back.

"I think and I've said before Kante is one of the greatest midfielders in the world.

"In the last few years his performances have been outstanding.

"One of the pleasures of me getting this job is that I'm able to work with players of that quality.

"My job would be to find the best position to get the best out of him in the team.

"I'm fortunate to have a player like him, we'll work, but I know the qualities and attributes he has and will try to get the most out of him."
