Chelsea manager Frank Lampard admits he will have to make changes for Wednesday's clash with Sevilla.
The Blues have had to contend with playing every three days due to their Premier League and Champions League commitments.
"We are fully fit and ready to go," said Lampard, at his pre-match press conference.
"Yes, we will look at making changes to the side and I'll have to do that for different reasons. Some players have been playing a lot and it's been a hectic schedule and will be a busy period over the next few weeks.
"On the other side of that, the players who haven't been playing as much recently have been training really well. We have players who are knocking on the door to play. I don't expect a drop in level but there will be the chance for them to feature. We've already qualified from the group but we won't be taking this game lightly."
