Chelsea scout Piet de Visser admits they're delighted with Vitesse Arnhem coach Fred Rutten's work with their young players.
Tomas Kalas, Gael Kakuta and Patrick van Aanholt are all on-loan at Vitesse this season.
De Visser said: "In England they see the difference that Rutten makes.
"Chelsea want their players in the Netherlands to progress. The boys who have found a dead end must flourish in the Netherlands. Rutten can be trusted to do that."
