Chelsea, Man Utd willing to go to €120M for Juventus defender De Ligt

Chelsea are preparing a bid for Juventus defender Matthijs de Ligt.

A deal with Southampton for Wales U21 goalkeeper Eddie Beach has kicked off Chelsea's new era under Todd Boehly and his consortium.

Sky Italia says Chelsea are now planning a move for De Ligt.

It's suggested the Dutchman's contract carries a €120m buyout clause and Chelsea are willing to get close to that figure. Manchester United are also watching developments.

De Ligt has a deal with Juve to 2024 and he's admitted in recent weeks he is now considering his options this summer.
