Chelsea and Manchester United are going head to head for youngster Omer Faruk Beyaz from Turkey.
The 15-year-old is an U16 international who is getting rave reviews for his performances at youth level.
He was recently at the Aegen Cup, where he impressed and scored two goals in the final for Turkey against Spain.
Other Premier League teams also have an interest, including Manchester City and Liverpool.
Beyaz has a contract with Fenerbahce for another two years.
But the team is struggling financially and would accept a good offer for the player, per The Sun.
