Chelsea and Manchester City had scouts in the stands for Sint Truiden's 1-0 victory over Standard Liege.
Standard had both their midfield stars Axel Witsel and Steven Defour in action on the day, but neither player was at his best.
Also in action for Standard was Daniel Opare, the former Real Madrid fullback who has been linked with Chelsea in the past.
