Premier League clubs are circling for Valencia fullback Jose Luis Gaya.

Gaya rejected new terms at Valencia last week.

The People says Chelsea and Real Madrid have joined Manchester City in the race for highly-rated Valencia left-back Gaya.

The 19-year-old, who has a £13.2million release clause in his contract, has emerged as one of the top young talents in La Liga this season and, as we revealed last month, City are poised for a deal because Aleksandar Kolarov is set to leave.

But European champions Real are also keen following Gaya's emergence at the Mestalla.
