Chelsea are insisting on a permanent option for Hakim Ziyech's loan arrangement with AC Milan.

Chelsea hope to add an obligation to buy clause in Milan's loan deal, says Sky Italia.

The Moroccan is keen to leave Stamford Bridge this summer and the newly-crowned Serie A champions are interested in signing him on an initial temporary basis.

The Blues, however, want there to be an obligation to make his stay permanent at the end of next season.

Milan have offered Chelsea a loan fee worth around £5 million, with only an option to buy Ziyech included rather than an obligation.
