Chelsea have held talks with Sporting CP coach Ruben Amorim.
With Frank Lampard in caretaker charge to the end of the season, Chelsea are continuing their search for a long-term successor to former manager Graham Potter.
The Daily Mail says Amorim, 38, has been contacted as Chelsea register their interest in the highly-rated Portuguese.
Amorim has stated publicly he is happy at Sporting and not seeking any immediate move away.
Meawhile, former Bayern Munich coach Julian Nagelsmann is due in London in the coming days for talks with Chelsea directors.
