Chelsea loan manager Tore Andre Flo says there's enough talent inside the club to handle their two window transfer ban.
The Europa League winners are banned from registering new players until the summer of 2020 for allegedly breaking rules on the signings of minors from abroad.
Flo told the Daily Mail: "Obviously, if this happens [the transfer ban] this summer we will be prepared for it.
"We have a good system in place. The work I do with the players out on loan, might be given a go who are considered to be doing a good job. If that happens I think Chelsea will still be up there.
"There are players that have done well. Tammy Abraham, Reece James, Mason Mount, Fikayo Tomori and Kurt Zouma. But it's up to the manager who he decides."
