Chelsea legend John Terry says Napoli coach Carlo Ancelotti stands out as a man-manager.
The Italian spent two years at Stamford Bridge following his appointment in 2009 and went onto win the Double in his debut season.
Speaking to The Coaches' Voice, Terry said: "What I really loved about Carlo was his man-management. The way he adapted as well - because he had a way of coaching that probably didn't suit English football.
"He adapted very quickly and when speaking to me, Frank [Lampard], Didier [Drogba], he wanted to pick our brains: 'is this too much tactics for the players to do? Are we doing too much of this?'
"I've never had a manager in all my career that actually asks the players and gives them a bit of responsibility.
"As players naturally, when things go wrong, it's the manager, it's never our fault.
"You know the responsibility is on you as a group. And he was part of that. The togetherness was incredible and obviously we went on to win some big things."
