Chelsea legend Ron 'Chopper' Harris was unimpressed by their snub for FIFA's Team of the Year.

None of last season's Champions League winners were selected.

Harris said: "It's strange that the team which won the Champions League cannot get one player in this team.

"Put it this way - if I had the choice between Marcelo and Ashley Cole, I wouldn't pick Marcelo. Nor would a lot of managers in Europe, maybe including Jose Mourinho!"

Harris added: "Lots of people say the Spanish League is the best in the world. But if you take out Barcelona and Real Madrid, what's left?"
