Chelsea are launching a bid for Bologna midfielder Amadou Diawara.

The youngster has been scouted extensively by Chelsea and their interest confirmed by Amadou's representatives.

TMW says Chelsea are readying an opening bid of €15 million for Diawara.

Manchester City and Tottenham are also tracking the 18 year-old.

For their part, Bologna would prefer to hold onto Diawara and are drawing up a new contract offer for him to consider.
