Chelsea goalkeeper coach Christophe Lollichon has weighed into the debate around Gigio Donnarumma's move to PSG.

Donnarumma joins PSG with Keylor Navas regarded as the club's No1 last season.

Lollichon told Le Parisien: "There are two solutions: either Donnarumma leaves on loan, or he is No1 at PSG. Two years ago he could have been a challenger, but there you are not taking Donnarumma to put him on the bench. This is a new step that brings him closer to the highest level.

"But if he continues to progress, he will be very, very strong. An alternation between them? I don't see (Mauricio) Pochettino doing this. And I don't think that in discussions Donnarumma and his agent mentioned this type of configuration. You need a No1. If the two remain, I think it can only be Donnarumma as holder."
