Chelsea have joined Manchester United's interest in RB Salzburg striker Benjamin Sesko.

The Slovenia international's agent met with United football chief John Murtough last week as the Old Trafford giants seek a new striker signing for manager Erik ten Hag.

However, AS is reporting Chelsea have also made contact in recent days to register their interest in the 19 year-old.

Salzburg are reluctant to sell Sesko, but will listen to offers starting at €55m.

Like United, Chelsea are in the market for a new centre-forward signing and have the spending power to meet Salzburg's valuation.
