Chelsea have told Nemanja Matic that they want him to remain at the club this summer.
The Daily Mail is reporting that Blues officials have informed the Serbian midfielder that they have no plans to sell him in the current transfer window.
It is believed that Roman Abramovich has told the 27-year-old that even though they want to sign N'Golo Kante from Leicester City for£30million, his services are still required at Stamford Bridge.
Manchester United are keen on Matic, with Jose Mourinho wanting to reunite with him at Old Trafford, while Italian champions Juventus have reportedly made a suitable offer.
Matic is aware that Chelsea want Kante, as well as Radja Nainggolan and Axel Witsel, and is open to a change but the West Londoners have assured him there is a place for him in Antonio Conte's squad.
