Chelsea have included Eden Hazard in their squad for the post-season friendly in the USA.

Hazard, a target for Real Madrid, has travelled with the Chelsea team to Boston as part of the club's 'Say No to Antisemitism' campaign.

The short trip will end on Wednesday with a post-season friendly against New England Revolution, known as the 'Final Whistle On Hate' match.

Hazard has remained coy on his future, although he says he has made a decision on where it lies.
