Chelsea are considering granting Cesc Fabregas a free transfer.
The Mirror says Fabregas could be on his way out of Stamford Bridge as talks of terminating his contract early continue.
According to reports, the 31-year-old Spaniard is looking for pastures new and has been strongly linked with a potential move to either AS Monaco or AC Milan.
His current deal expires in June.
Fabregas has fallen down the pecking order at the club and been restricted to just five games in the Premier League this season under the tenure of boss Maurizio Sarri.
