Chelsea are in contact with Real Madrid midfielder Isco, it has been claimed in Spain.

El Desmarque says Stamford Bridge chiefs are desperate to add the Spain international to Frank Lampard's squad in the summer transfer window.

The Premier League outfit have reportedly already made arrangements to ease Isco's transition to life in England by sorting out a house for him.

Isco has been linked with a move away from the Bernabeu for a number of months amid a mixed first half to the campaign.

The 27-year-old has managed just 10 starts in all competitions since the start of the season prompting speculation he could be on the move sooner rather than later.

Isco's future will be delayed until after Euro 2020, however, out of respect for Los Blancos.
