Chelsea are going head-to-head with Real Madrid for Santos star Neymar.
The Daily Mail says the European giants will go head to head in a £40m battle for Santos striker Neymar today.
The 19-year-old was due to play against Penarol in the final of the Copa Libertadores and negotiations are expected to follow.
Agent Pini Zahavi has travelled to Brazil on Chelsea's behalf but Madrid have outlined a £5m-a-year deal.
