Chelsea have no intentions of offloading £57m China target Oscar

Chelsea reportedly turned down an enormous £57.5million offer for Oscar in January.

Reports suggest the proposal came from ambitious Chinese Super League club Jiangsu Suning who have already lured two top players from the UK and Europe.

It is believed that the offer from Jiangsu, which could reach as much as £75m as reported by The Telegraph, was firmly rejected by the Blues but The Sun is of the belief that the CSL outfit will be back with a fresh bid in the summer.

Jiangsu signed Brazilian midfielder Ramires from Chelsea for £25m last month and are on the verge of securing Alex Teixeira from Shakhtar Donetsk for £38m but it appears they will fail in their pursuit of Oscar.

The 24-year-old is an integral part of Guus Hiddink's squad and is unlikely to be offloaded anytime soon unless Roman Abramovich's head is turned at the end of the season.
