Chelsea are ready to put their faith in N'Golo Kante despite his injury record over the past couple of seasons.

The French midfielder is back in full training and may even play some part at the weekend as they take on Everton in the Premier League.

Despite his injury history, Chelsea believe they can get the 31-year-old back to his best.

The source adds that it will be a straight two-season deal with no option for a third.

Kane will likely get a wage reduction, but there will be no 'pay-as-you-play' clauses, as had been speculated in the media recently.
