Chelsea believe that a Real Madrid move for Eden Hazard is inevitable.

With the Belgian only having a year on his contract and refusing to sign a new deal, cashing in on him in the summer seems the best option for the Blues.

But the Evening Standard reports that Chelsea will not settle for less than £100 million if they are to part with their star man.

The 28-year-old is seen as the key man who can help the Real Madrid rebuild since the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo.

And their coach Zinedine Zidane has praised Hazard in recent press conferences.
