Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy admits he's a big fan of Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema.

Benzema stunned Europe after his Champions League hat-trick in victory over PSG in midweek.

Mendy told Onze Mundial: "The strongest striker I've faced? I think it's Benzema.

"Currently, along with (Robert) Lewandowski and (Kylian) Mbappé, he is one of the best strikers in the world. He's been holding Real Madrid for many years now.

"It seems that the older he gets, the better he gets. Honestly, I think he's the best striker I've faced."
