Emerson is reportedly interested at remaining Chelsea next season, despite growing interest in his services from Inter Milan.

The Italy international has maintained firm competition on regular left-back Marcos Alonso this season, having won 21 starts across all competitions.

He remains a coveted player in Serie A and his former Roma manager Luciano Spalletti would like him at the San Siro.

However, Goal believes Emerson would prefer to fight for his place at the Blues next season.
