Chelsea fullback Ashley Cole admits he's no fan of preseason training.
Cole has enjoyed a free summer break this year.
"It's hard to pick out a positive of pre-season!" he laughed with chelseafc.com. "We do train hard but I guess it is enjoyable most of the time, deep down. You're playing football which you love, and it's nice to see the guys again after a break, but it's not my favourite time of the year.
"Running without the ball is really bad, but credit to the staff here, we don't really do that, we use a lot of the ball a lot and that helps so much in the heat."
