Premier League clubs face a ticking deadline to sign Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri.
The Ivory Coast star has been on the radar of Chelsea and Fulham this summer.
And the Mirror says Seri will cost just £35m for any club to buy, but only for the next few days.
Seri's release clause expires on July 15, and after that clubs could face having to pay a huge amount to take him from the French top flight.
"Seri's clause is €40million (£35million) and it is valid until 15th July," the player's agent confirmed last month.
“After that Nice can ask for any amount they want."
