Chelsea face losing Toni Rudiger this summer.
The Daily Mail says Rudiger is almost certain to leave Chelsea on a free transfer this summer.
The defender, 29, had yet to accept the club's offer regarding bonus payments and an image rights package before Roman Abramovich was sanctioned last week, despite agreeing in principle to a new three-year deal on about £200,000 per week.
All contract negotiations have since been placed on hold as Chelsea cannot execute any new financial deals under the terms of the Government licence that is enabling them to continue operating.
This leaves Rudiger and team-mates Cesar Azpilicueta and Andreas Christensen, also both out of contract, free to talk to other clubs.
Rudiger's bonus demands are some way apart from the club's offer and could lead to the deal breaking down, despite the player indicating his willingness to stay.
