Chelsea are serious about securing Ruben Neves from Wolves in the January transfer window.

According to Fichajes, the poor form of loan star Saul from Atlético Madrid is also causing problems for manager Thomas Tuchel.

The source suggests £38 million Neves from Wolves could be brought in by Tuchel to offer competition to the likes of Jorginho, N'Golo Kante, and Mateo Kovacic.

Despite his indifferent form, Saul is unlikely to return to Atlético in January.
