Chelsea are being linked with CSKA Moscow star Seydou Doumbia.
The Daily Star Sunday says they will be able to land Doumbia for a cut-price £15m.
The 26-year-old Ivorian is still keen on a move to Stamford Bridge despite the breakdown of talks in the summer.
Doumbia smashed two first-half goals at The Etihad as CSKA beat Manchester City 2-1 in the Champions League last Wednesday.
