Chelsea draw up transfer plans for England pair Bellingham, Rice

Chelsea are targeting two young England midfielders for 2023.

The Telegraph says Chelsea will look to completely revamp their midfield.

Club bosses would like N'Golo Kante to stay despite his contract being set to expire in June, but have met issues in negotiations over the length of the potential extension.

Jorginho's deal also expires at the end of the season, with Chelsea chiefs still undecided over whether to try and keep the Italy international.

The Blues want to revamp their midfield by signing two England regulars.

Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham would reportedly favour a move to Real Madrid or Liverpool - with both sides having been working on a deal for months.

Undeterred despite being warned that his side are behind in the race, co-owner Todd Boehly is keen on the £130m-rated 19-year-old.

Meanwhile, the Blues could finally re-sign West Ham star and former youth player Declan Rice - having been scared off by Hammers chiefs last summer.
