Guus Hiddink felt his Chelsea team should have been awarded a penalty in their eventual 1-1 draw with Manchester United.
During the first half, John Terry's shot from inside the area struck the arm of Daley Blind but referee Michael Oliver did not point to the spot.
Upon watching a replay of the incident, Hiddink came to the conclusion that perhaps his side were harshly done by.
"It was going in. He's put his hands up," he told Sky Sports.
"They're difficult ones for the referee, inside the box it's going in, it's got to be a penalty for me.
"It's not a bad result but we need to start winning."
Jesse Lingard opened the scoring for the Red Devils in the 61st minute at Stamford Bridge before Diego Costa netted an equaliser in injury time.
