Chelsea want a cut from any Sassuolo sale of Jeremie Boga.
The Guardian says Chelsea are reportedly willing to part ways with Boga as they have refused to activate his £13million buy-back clause.
But they WILL demand a sell-on fee should Italian side Sassuolo sell the Ivory Coast international.
Boga, 23, shone in Serie A this season before the coronavirus outbreak halted sport across the globe.
And Napoli are understood to been waiting in the wings with an offer should Frank Lampard's side decide not to bring the midfielder back to Stamford Bridge.
Now the Blues are now hashing out a deal that would see them scoop a sizeable chunk of any future transfer fee.
