Chelsea defender Thiago Silva has warned teammates against underestimating Palmeiras.

Chelsea face Palmeiras in tomorrow's Club World Cup final in Abu Dhabi.

Thiago Silva said, “We know the responsibility it is to play in this competition.

"As a good Brazilian, I have tried to motivate my team. But the motivation has to come from within each one.

"And Chelsea have plenty of motivation to win this championship."
