Chelsea defender Michael Hector is in talks to sign permanently with Sheffield Wednesday.
The Daily Mail says Hector is in talks over a permanent move to Sheffield Wednesday where he spent last season on loan.
Hector, 27, is finally ready to make a clean break from Stamford Bridge having failed to make a single first-team appearance for Chelsea since a £4million transfer from Reading in 2015.
In that time, he has spent loan spells at Reading, Eintracht Frankfurt, Hull and Wednesday, where he made 39 appearances last season.
If personal terms can't be agreed at Hillsborough, fellow Championship clubs Fulham and Bristol City have expressed interest in the London-born Jamaica international.
