Chelsea defender Matt Miazga has denied reports of cutting short his loan at Nantes.
Miazga has lost his place since the appointment of Vahid Halilhodiz, but he has rubbished reports he wants to leave in January.
He declared, "I do not know where these rumours come from, but that's obviously not true. People saw that I was playing (8 starts) and then, suddenly, I did not play, so we ask questions, rumours come out and mix a lot of things in their head and publish them.
"The truth is that all this is false: I am on loan to Nantes until the end of the season. I lost my place and I have to regain it. It's as simple as that.
"You have to learn, you have to adapt. Of course, you still want to play, you always want to be on the field. I arrived in a bad situation for the club, I was suspended and a new coach arrived..."
