Chelsea defender Jake Clarke-Salter is on the move to Vitesse Arnhem.
The England U20 World Cup winner will join Vitesse on a season-long loan, reports Der Gerlander.
Clarke-Salter spent last season with Sunderland and is tied to Chelsea until 2021.
The 20 year-old stopper is joining Vitesse as a replacement for Matt Miazga after the American spent two years on-loan from the Blues.
Miazga is expected to now be loaned to a Premier League club.
